As soon as we arrived we were welcomed,very respectful and courteous,staff were very professional and not without humour,food was excellent.will be going back there very soon.10 our of 10.many thanks.

Generally, there are no special features at all.

The seats in the store are very comfortable and soft. It can be seen that they pay attention to the user experience. The waiter responds quickly and is really good.

Horrendous.  We booked the adult restaurant, having no children with us we thought it would be nice to have a quiet meal. We were stuck in the family restaurant right next to the play area.  Food was substandard too.

Leave we&apos;ll alone.

We&apos;ve been here a good few times and the quality of the food has been declining recently and today it was absolutely awful. Everything was overcooked

Poor quality

Boxing Day, meal, couldn’t work the online thing, had to phone, table booked ok, but nobody knew anything about our booking, had to keep asking, what to do, and what we’d have to pay for, ordered 4 adults, 2 children, deposit £26 , ending up with 6 adult meals and 2 children, with a dessert each, never got the dessert, totally forgot about my deposit, had to go back to sort it out, did that no sweat,food is good at the Grove, just the organisations not.

Boxing Day family meal time disappointing

Food was lovely, so was Gordon. Great service and lots of cake options.   Wish there were some broccoli though. Haply new year
